Two ranges of seat height adjustment are available to provide seating options for people ranging in height from barely 5' tall to 6'6" tall. Those up to 5'9" tall should consider model numbers ELS-S-11128 or ELS-B-S-11129 (seat height adjustment ranges from 24" to 31"), while those who are between about 5'6" tall and 6'6" tall should consider model ELS-11123 or ELS-B-11122 (seat height adjustment ranges from 28" to 37").

Those who have adopted a leaning or semi-seated stance over either traditional seating or full-time standing may well appreciate the extra comfort offered by the EZSIT Leaning Stool.

The KINETIC Sit-Stand Perching Stool is a strikingly elegant and contemporary seating option for a sit-to-stand workstation. The base is engineered to provide a stable, extra wide seating surface for those up to 275 lbs, supported by a gas spring cylinder that provides shock-absorbent comfort through the full range of adjustment (26” to 32”). A convenient 20° swivel to the right or left supports one over a wider radius of movement than a fixed seat could offer.

The LOBAK Perching Seat is available in two models. Model 11002 features a locking clamp that secures the seat in an upright position but permits the base to fold up against the seat support for storage. Seat height on the 11002 ranges from 23.2" to 30.7" and is suitable for those of average height. Model 11050 features the same seat on a chromed steel, fixed (non-folding) base. With a seat height range from 24.4" up to 34.6", this model is still suitable for most average height individuals but can also comfortably meet the requirements of those standing up to approximately 6'4".

The LOTAH Perching Comfort Saddle Seat from ErgoVerse is well-suited to applications where work must be performed on surfaces positioned over cabinets or shelves. The LOTAH features a large plush saddle that is straddled. This straddle posture positions the heels behind the bend of the knees, rather than extended forward of the knees as they would be on a leaning stool. Built on a heavy tubular steel base with a gas spring that enables a height adjustment range of 24.8" to 31.5", and with a seat that has 15° of tilt range and 3" of cushioning, the LOTAH offers individualized comfort and long-term durability. The RISON Leaning Stools from ErgoVerse offer the options of sitting or leaning throughout the workday. The non-vertical, or leaning, stance effectively reduces the weight load on the joints of both the legs and the feet as the stool, rather than the legs and feet, becomes the load bearing support. The upright position also significantly reduces the effort required to return to a fully standing position. The shock absorbing effect of the gas spring provides additional comfort when weight is brought to bear on the seat.

The fixed seat offers an infinitely adjustable height range via the gas spring and a forward-locking tilt adjustment ranging from 5° to 20°. The durable self-sealed polyurethane seat is easily cleaned and provides a firm yet cushioned seating surface with raised texture bumps for improved comfort. Model RLS-B-11120 also features a firm polyurethane back support with independent angle adjustment to ensure that a comfortable upright posture can be maintained regardless of the chosen seat angle.
Note: The back on the RLS-B-11120 has a 2.5" deep curvature in the middle, is 14" wide, and has firm edges. Those with broader frames may find the back on this model too narrow and deep for a comfortable fit. The EZSIT Leaning Stool features a broader back better suited to those of broader build.

The heavy-duty textured black tubular steel base on the RISON Leaning Stool is designed for industrial settings but functions well in many offices, providing strength and stability. Strong nylon glides engage the floor to ensure firm positioning of the seat and the incorporated rollers permit the chair to be easily moved between workstations. Two different cylinder options are available on the RISON so that there is a RISON which is the right height range for everybody. The MVMNT Foldable Perching Saddle Seat from ErgoVerse is a non-swiveling, folding saddle seat designed for smaller or average sized individuals working at standard or elevated workstations.

The saddle design keeps the toes either in line with the knees (which are splayed and drawn back toward the hips), or even further back - below the hips, rather than extended forward of the knees as they would be on a leaning stool.
